Some employees need more intensive rehabilitation before they can safely resume physically demanding job duties. Advanced work rehabilitation bridges the gap between traditional therapy and the strength, endurance, coordination, and task tolerance required at work.
Bay Area Orthopaedics develops programs around the patient’s medical status and documented job demands. Work conditioning, task simulation, ergonomic education, and functional testing may be used to support a safe and sustainable return to work.
